Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and The Lucky Aroma (“we”) for using The Lucky Aroma app. By using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
Community rules
Reviews and comments should help other fragrance lovers. Don’t post anything that is:
- harassing, hateful, threatening or sexually explicit;
- spam, advertising or misleading, including fake reviews;
- someone else’s private information or copyrighted work;
- illegal, or encourages something illegal.
You can report posts and block people in the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, show and distribute it in the app so the community features work. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others have already shared or that we must keep by law.
Fragrance information
Notes, descriptions and editorial picks are our own opinions and community input, not claims made by fragrance houses. Brand names belong to their owners, and we aren’t affiliated with them unless we say so. Always test a fragrance on your skin if you have allergies or sensitivities.
Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their terms, renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal, and are managed in your store account settings. Physical products bought from the Shop tab are sold through our store at theluckyaroma.com under its own terms of sale.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the app.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise it will be error-free or always available, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
